Crohn’s perianal fistulas: Richard’s story

  • Perianal fistulas are a painful complication of Crohn’s disease[1]. Richard, from Hertfordshire, England, has suffered from Crohn’s disease for around 30 years. He shared his experiences of living with this disabling condition.
    The condition sadly contributed to Richard losing his house and business.
