When I see a vid like this I got reminded of how well we are able to live harmoniously in one country, regardless of our different beliefs. Sure it's not perfect but comparing to many others, we did so well fam! Dont let it taken away by anyone with ill agendas. Happy Merdeka day soon!
This content touched my heart! I don't know why but I really relate to George.💖 I felt the resilience, touched my heart deeply & its amazing! Thank you Dane, Stacey & George for this trip. Happy travels! 😎
What a privilege to be included in George’s trip down memory lane. Especially got the chills when the dogs began barking and eye allergies hit 😭 when George introduced Stacey to her grandpa. There’s so much heart in this series and connection within the storyline. ❤
Our eye allergies hit a lot that day as well 😭 So special to be there, this will be a trip we remember forever ❤ So happy we got to share it with you too.
This is the most heartwarming series you guys have ever done. Seeing the range of emotions from the tears at the cemetery to the joy of finding out the surprise trip to Borneo, it has been an absolute pleasure to watch. Thank you for sharing with us. 😊♥️
I haven't been back to Seremban for over 25years before going back there for a wedding in 2013 I think, and it was very different, now with new addition of highways to Kuala Pilah etc it's even more different. FYI, I spend about 4 years there, from standard 3 to standard 6 (mid year)
Well, I can relate to this situation..... After so many years...coming back to your "kampung"...So things have changed....some not... Traces of the past... Well done , mates.... Cheers!
Very emotional content. I am glad George be able to visit his father. And of course for Stacey too. The never ending connection of Malaysians and new Zealanders. Selamat hari merdeka
This is the absolute BEST kind of video you guys have ever done! I found myself tearing up as George visited his dad’s grave. Thanks for sharing this very special family trip.
Ww want to mention that your dad looks just like my late dad. We managed to do a similar Roots Tour to Portugal before he died . To have your parents around that we sometimes take for granted is precious. I never knew my grandparents because they died when I was quite young. Some of your personalities and how you look are shaped by your parents and grandparents. We think George needs his own you tube channel. We think he has a story to tell. George, are you listening ? All the best guy's😍😍😍 Harriet, Jim and Yuki
So glad Stacey was able to spend such high value time with her Dad. Make the most of it as time flies when you're not paying attention and the next thing you know, theyre gone. Love them while you can.❤
Absolutely loved this series! My mom's from Seremban too, so this is bringing back some nostalgic memories for me as well, as I'm watching from America. Can't wait to watch the next episode! :)
Wow... watching this video with a big smile on my face (while sitting in Penang). Thank you for sharing such a heart warming & beautiful story. George is the man.
Thanks for this awesome video, D & S…we literally just came back from Seremban too (I feel like we might have passed you on the street!) 😂 my wife Jacqueline is from there and we enjoyed all the yummy food too…next time guys, you need to do a food tour of Penang…the Assam Laksa there is the best flavour ever!
No way! Hope you guys enjoyed your time there. We've actually done a Penang food tour and tried the Assam but it was aaaaaages ago. Dad really wanted to go to Penang... I'm sensing a season 2 coming 😂
Oh what a lovely day. Its brought back a flood of memories for me. I grew up in Seremban. I went to the KGV in Jalan Hose which is now called something else!! I am wondering if George has attended KGV as the surname is familiar. I studied there in the 70s. Thank you for showing Seremban and the church in Paul Street. I remember it well. I walked to school daily passing this church . George is so lucky having such a loving daughter and son in law
No way! I'll have to ask him if he attended KGV and let you know. How cool you got to see the church you passed daily as well. Aw that's very kind, thank you ❤
Hiya. Have been following you guys. I am from and I live in Seremban. Family is buried at the same cemetery. Wish you guys had spent more time in Seremban. 😁
This vlog is incredibly beautiful and emotional, guys. 🥺 You both are amazing kids for taking Dad to visit his childhood town; it's truly remarkable. "It was full body experience!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oh my gosh, Dane, your sense of humor around food is hilarious. Stacy, you have the cutest dad.💖💖 Lots of love 💖
Haha how good was Danes food review, I cracked up when he said 'Feels like I'm coping a lot of eyeballs here' 😂 Such a special day, so grateful we got to do this with Dad ❤
I'm surprised George and Stacey held it in as much as they did when visiting George's dad at the cemetery. I certainly didn't when relating to it with my own loss. I'm sure there was some footage that wasn't included though. It would be hard not to get emotional over this. Thank you for such a wonderful series, Dane and Stacey. Looking forward to the next episode. Animals!
You're right, there was definitely more tears than we showed but it was so special to share a snippet with you! So excited for you to see the Borneo videos!!
I've been enjoying this journey with y'all very much. I really like this one, I feel like Dane editing this one perfect. You shared enough of George's walk down memory lane, but feels like you also gave his man some personal space. So that he and Stacey could have moments together. Loved what you filmed ,but you can save some for yourself mate. Cheers, safe travels. Looking forward to Borneo.

Next time take him to Putrajaya. M'sia administration city. A new city between Seremban and KL.
I think he will be more surprise to see this city.
