- This video is created for students who study Russian at the university. It introduces the verbs of frequency often used to talk about daily routine. It shows how to make sentences, ask and answer the questions using the adverbs. Recommended for the beginning level.

Fantastic videos. A perfect combination of grammar and lots of interesting practice sentences. I also love it that the soundtrack is entirely in Russian. I've been learning for a year now, and recently discovered that my level is now good enough to be able to use your videos. If you ever had time to make an accompanying pdf with all the sentences that you put on the screen, that would be a great addition.

Hey Olga, in the example Я иногда обедаю в ресторане, the translation should actually be “I sometimes have LUNCH at a restaurant.”

I realised during the last part of the video that my listening skills have improved somewhat, as has my spelling; I learn the most drom writing down and then repeating, and with no example text at the end, I had to rely on listening for what the words were (with some help from a dictionary).

Dear, in the video Adverbs of frequency (4:32') is written "я почти никогда не читаю газеты". The word газеты is the plural of газета or is in genitive singular due to the negation? Thanks a lot!
Juarez Lopes , it is because the word газеты is used in the general meaning: not just one newspaper, but many. The same way as in English: I almost never read newspapers. I like to read newspapers. 😊
Modern style to say is не читаю газеты. Old style не читаю газет. Both are pl.acc.
Sing.acc is не читаю газету.

siyavash zare , разница в употреблении. В выходные - когда? В выходные я буду смотреть телевизор. Что ты делаешь в выходные? На выходные - на сколько, как надолго? Приезжай ко мне на выходные. (приезжай ко мне на два дня - субботу и воскресенье). Это короткое объяснение. Надеюсь, что Вы поняли. 😊

mehmet dağ , first of all, why it sounds terrible to you? Second of all, what difference does it make if I show myself on the screen? I prefer to stay behind the screen, so that anyone could focus on learning the language, but not on a presenter’s appearance. This is just my opinion. I am sure you can find a lot of TH-cam channels, where you will enjoy watching presenters. 😊
