Rosie O'Donnell was such a great talk show host!!! Probably the best out there. Not easy to interview Prince. She did great though. Look at him smiling and having a good time.

Prince has so many incredible stories he never wanted to tell. So you have to hear them all secondhand. Just look at the Charlie Murphy retelling of his encounter with Prince. Not as memorable as the Rick James one, but still wild. And just imagine what would've gone down if Rosie had met up with Prince at midnight.

Rosie O'Donnell is so fun to watch hosting, so real. She is so funny!!! Tickle me Elmo is the best guest, Prince (although Salma says is funny) but on this interview he was sullen, Rosie has a way of getting all guests (including the very private Prince) to speak.

Rosie really is responsible for the Elmo phenomenon. The Tickle Me Elmo toy only became popular when Rosie featured it. The were store shelves full of them. But once Rosie played with it on her show, people were stabbing each other over them.

The tom cruise stuff was so cute and cheesy. I remember people being mad that she "tricked" them because she's gay... I have huge crushes on lots of women and I've been married to a man for 24 yrs, lol. He is a movie star with a capital 🌟. That said, she gave him soooo much street cred with the family audience.
