Cheers, Miles. Lots of folks get their introduction to golf and their first bit of training from TH-cam videos, I truly hope they come across your video. These lessons are so important when taking up the game.
Lovely Miles. everything you said quite simply comes down to being respectful, considerate & using common sense. as you said, there's no excuse! subbed bud
Totally agree with everything you say. So many fourballs at our club don't let others through. Also, if possible, courses should send out marshals to keep play flowing.
Nice one mate. Priorities straight as well. Fix your divots and pitch marks, and someone else's if you can. Everybody works together to maintain the beauty and condition of the course.
I agree with some points, but you need to settle a wee bit. This is the kind of attitude that can put people off starting out. Golf has evolved and golf is for everyone.
So which points did you disagree with? I didn't hear any that weren't simple common sense. No, golf is not for everyone. Golf is not for people who selfishly think they can take as much time as they like because it's 'their turn' and damn everyone else.
Well said... First video I've watched of yours. Golfers etiquette is bloody awful in a lot of places I play. People have no clue or common sense. To the point I often think they're doing it deliberately because they feel entitled... it's infuriating and hard not to let it ruin your game and day out... the fact you've got members who are just 💩 is just an indication of where a lot of clubs are... rant over...
There should be a trade off, do all the decent things and then we'll let you wear normal clothes like cargo shorts and hoodies,, hell might even let you change your shoes in the car park... fuss in the right places.
Good video. The time some people take is excruciating. Had a member tell me 4 hours 17 was acceptable for a weds morning 3 ball just a couple of weeks ago. Beggars belief

Well done we need more golf education the young members watch the pros on the telly and play at the same speed dead slow just backs the course up
Much like some of the seniors ;)
Being stuck behind an impromptu monthly medal is a genuinely painful experience.
We are Galileo sports, a golf brand that has been around for decades, and we love your videos and want to work with you

@@dbasrus The fact that you have just stated that golf is NOT for everyone, I am already done speaking with you.

The thing that gets me is hitting into the group ahead. I don't care how slow they are, it's not just bad etiquette but it's dangerous.
