Both overall graphics and damage models get continuously updated through-out the year. Recently there has just been a large change to most bomber damage models, making them tougher, and require significantly longer guns-on-target time to successfully damage enough to ensure that they will go down. With the current issues with granting kills/assists in air RB, fighters often have to stay much longer on the bomber than necessary, to make sure it dies instantly and gives RP/SL reward.

Engine and fuel fires still look the same since idk a really long time and they could look better than balls of fire that spawns 5 times per second. On the damage models they really have to fix the elevators on many planes because they get shot of both of them at the same time and fly down sticking together magicly. that means that when only one should get destroyed both are destroyed kinda bs to me. this was just a fast responce cuz im in a hurry tight now

Remove repair costs from the game altogether. MechWarrior: Online did it, War Thunder can do it too. No excuses to keep this outdated and hated mechanic in the game. And don't make us wait for it to be repaired in the hangar either.
War thunder has it in the game to make things more accurate, and to punish players who cant keep their vehicles from being destroyed. A 50% reduction would be reasonable. If you are complaining about the repair costs your likely just not good enough to keep your vehicle from being destroyed.

Actually, im fond of the notion of adding more utility oriented units. Landing craft, engineering units that can actually alter terrain, troop transports with capture and repair buffs, etc. Warthunders 2 claims to fame are/were realistic performance and combined arms. Im still waiting to take my PT boats up river but with the battleship rumors it seems my dream of hosing tanks along the shoreline are dying

Can you dodge a shell (not be missed) from lees than 600 meters? If it's possible, try with smaller distances. 3. How many plane parts can be damaged easily, such as wing ends or engine, before a plane is recognized as destroyed? 4. Can you make a tower from tanks, where tanks can shoot accurately and guy on top doesn't have to press forward, when guy at the bottom moves? 5. "Chaika" (this Soviet biplane on first era). Can it fly with a speed of at least 600kph? Try to use WEP, fall from extreme altitudes and this everything on Arcade because of safety rules. Its been so long now and air RB hasnt changed alot.
So many useless planes get ignored, beaufighter and swordfish etc planes yknow, that are in the tech tree but you almost never see them in RB matches.
This game is way too centered around getting kills. People will even fight their teammates over kills and some childish ones will rant in chat and teamkill cause of this false idea that someone "stole your kill" when in fact your objective as a whole is to defeat the enemy team, that's why it is called team deathmatch. Honestly.
Why cant we have more objective oriented gameplay? Why can't we?
We could have missions where we escort 30 dive bombers against a carrier fleet.
We could have a night factory bombing mission against night fighters...
We could have a mission where we must destroy b17 bombers in me 262s etc etc but you are probably going to tell me to make a custom battle, that's not the point of this post. The post is meant to shine light on air RB which has potential to become more fun.

About 23 kilo meters in custom battles with friends. I remembered where the air field was and I dropped all my bombs, and got a hit after about 4 minutes. But I was using the kamakazi kit so my plane could fly at max speed at a 90 degree climb.
Recently more countries that didn't take a major part in armed conflicts across the globe are developing weapons like China,India,Israel,Iran ,Korea,Brazil,South Africa etc. Will we see such armed vehicles in game in the future.Thanks for the great content.

Best i can do is 2 meters with a 1000 kg bomb on an german attack bomber at tier 1. I also destroy planes sometimes with the blast. Dont follow my plane, when my bomb is loaded

Best bomb kill is climbing as high as possible then dropping a bomb while flying higher. There by throwing the bomb upwards higher than the plane goes.

The T-2 also has a J/AWG-11 radar, 5 long strings of Traction Control, and a Crew of 2 who both works with the said radar. It doesn't hold a candle to the Lockheed Martin X-15. The fastest manned aircraft in the world

Hi there Devin whiting, Yes, my Dad did repair the prop blade of a Hurricane 2b, using the tip from a different engined and a different make of aircraft altogether, by reforming the blade tip, then spicing it (it was a wooden prop blade) to the stub of the damaged Hurricane prop, which worked, allowing the Hurricane to take off and KEEP the blade for the rest of its life! His team made a replica of the blade, which I have in my home now! Find "Never in a Hurri" documentary from November last year which I narrated! No script!

Its been so long now and air RB hasnt changed alot.
So many useless planes get ignored, beaufighter and swordfish etc planes yknow, that are in the tech tree but you almost never see them in RB matches.
This game is way too centered around getting kills. People will even fight their teammates over kills and some childish ones will rant in chat and teamkill cause of this false idea that someone "stole your kill" when in fact your objective as a whole is to defeat the enemy team, that's why it is called team deathmatch. Honestly.
Why cant we have more objective oriented gameplay? Why can't we?
We could have missions where we escort 30 dive bombers against a carrier fleet.
We could have a night factory bombing mission
against night fighters...
We could have a mission where we must destroy b17 bombers in me 262s etc etc but you are probably going to tell me to make a custom battle, that's not the point of this post. The post is meant to shine light on air RB which has potential to become more fun.
instead all we get are new shiny premium planes and mixed air battles and the same gameplay over and over again.

@Qvor Marinov It will work if players got rewarded for flying in formation, to prevent exploiting. The formation flying reward should only be given out if the formation is completing the objective

12:40 by being a game mode, you're not forced to select it, and there are a lot of people wanting challanges and a lot of people tired of having to use 1944-45 tanks against cold war era veichels.

About 23 kilo meters in custom battles with friends. I remembered where the air field was and I dropped all my bombs, and got a hit after about 4 minutes. But I was using the kamakazi kit so my plane could fly at max speed at a 90 degree climb.

1. What are your ideas of possibly adding infantry based vehicles in war thunder such as JU52, C47 or even the infantry carrying hueys?
Recently more countries that didn't take a major part in armed conflicts across the globe are developing weapons like China,India,Israel,Iran ,Korea,Brazil,South Africa etc. Will we see such armed vehicles in game in the future.Thanks for the great content.

Best i can do is 2 meters with a 1000 kg bomb on an german attack bomber at tier 1. I also destroy planes sometimes with the blast. Dont follow my plane, when my bomb is loaded

Best bomb kill is climbing as high as possible then dropping a bomb while flying higher. There by throwing the bomb upwards higher than the plane goes.
Would you ever include wet Ammo storages as a modification to tanks that historically had them such as late model Sherman’s?

The T-2 also has a J/AWG-11 radar, 5 long strings of Traction Control, and a Crew of 2 who both works with the said radar. It doesn't hold a candle to the Lockheed Martin X-15. The fastest manned aircraft in the world
Top tier Air RB is sadly unplayable due to mixed battles (I would not mind all Vs Japanese for balance)

Hi there Devin whiting, Yes, my Dad did repair the prop blade of a Hurricane 2b, using the tip from a different engined and a different make of aircraft altogether, by reforming the blade tip, then spicing it (it was a wooden prop blade) to the stub of the damaged Hurricane prop, which worked, allowing the Hurricane to take off and KEEP the blade for the rest of its life! His team made a replica of the blade, which I have in my home now! Find "Never in a Hurri" documentary from November last year which I narrated! No script!
