Holy is set aside for God and Holiness to me is the anointing coming upon someone. One night I was led to share with a customer in my cab and the anointing came upon me and I just went off and He took over. All of a sudden I was aware of time having gone by and I was apologizing and she was backed away and she said, “oh, no, everything you said was on the money and then your head was glowing like the saints in stained glass windows”

Praise God, my friend just went to pursue a PhD Tricia. She's blessed by the revival I'm sure :)

I'm convinced the most universally constant thing is that the Holy Spirit hovers over His agenda (the WORD), like a helicopter, to perform it. It's like He (the Holy Spirit) has his hands often behind His back........walking around until He sees persistent obedience and contriteness, because He has come to glorify Jesus Christ period, full stop!!
He waits and He waits and He waits...sometimes centuries.....we're very fortunate God has chosen Asbury....books will be written, not for just the anointing there but that He has set "a pattern to follow". To mention a few 1. it's a move of attraction (not promotion) 2. no person is lifted up (no ministry or legacy media) 3. locals can handle this (a native move) 4. He honors unrelenting prayer........"see to it that you make it according to what you were shown in the mountain" Ex 25;40

Everything is made by the Son of God, by Christ. Therefore it is all about Christ. We are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus.
Now the Body of Christ soon is complete.
    Therefore he says,
    Awake you that sleep,
    and arise from the dead,
and Christ shall give you light.
That he might sanctify and cleanse it (the church) with the washing of water by the word,
That he might present it (the church) to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it (the church) should be holy and without blemish.
My hope for this awakening/revival/outpouring of the Spirit is that it may follow the following program:
"But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God,
you have your fruit unto holiness,
    and the end everlasting life.
    to the rapture.
    Many thanks for this video.

Dr. Keener, how do you explain “holiness”?

Become holy and you will know what holiness means.
Perhaps this scripture can give you an idea:
That Christ might present it (the church) to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle,
      or any such thing;
but that it (the church) should be holy and without blemish.

It means to be set apart and not like the rest of the world.

    What!?!?
Revival is not a biblical term!?!!
    I love your commentary.
But how many times do I have to explain it? Revival is very biblical people!
O LORD, I have heard the report of you, and your work, O LORD, do I fear. In the midst of the years revive it; in the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember mercy.
    - Habakkuk 3:2
Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus,
    - Acts 3:19-20
    (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8)
And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. - Isaiah 61:4
For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.
    - Isaiah 44:3
also see Psalm 107:33-36, Psalm 143:6
The word ‘Revival’ appears in Psalm 119 eleven times.
    II Chronicles 7:14
The reason we don’t have revival is because the church is content to live without it.
    - Leonard Ravenhill
I am so very jealous you got to experience these days at Asbury and I’m stuck in California!

Whether in the "King James 2000" nor in the "American Standard Version 1901" I could find the word "revival". You may read another translation.
