Catch, DEEP FRY, Eat!! - Ep.1: Catfish

I take you guys with me to go fishing for FOOD!! With a new deep fryer from Walmart, the plan is to catch, deep fry, and eat some delicious golden crispy crunchy fresh fish!! Hopefully we can land some fish in these cold winter waters of Delaware..
This is my first time ever deep frying, so please let me know if I can make any improvements for the next time!!
