Fun fact about the blood: Years ago the timeslot for OP changed to sunday morning, and so they were restricted by censorship (kids friendly etc., which in japan means no blood, no throwing rocks etc.). One Piece is going to get back their old timeslot, which means they can ge away with more blood and violence in the future. Not sure you are aware of this (and I don't think this can be considered a spoiler?) but Toer is going to reanimate fishman island arc with wano+ animation. So I can imagine its going to be more dense (since they do not have to stretch pacing to prevent catching up with the manga) and better fights.
Eyo congrats on remembering that Kotetsu made several swords Zoro has used. That's good knowledge to keep handy cuz it's obscure af lol. I got me a list of obscure One Piece info that was never resolved. Oda is gonna wrap as much as he can up, but he does a lot of it in the manga.
