This kid was known not to be a poor shooter, so IF he as aiming for the side of Trump's head, how did he just nip the tip of his ear? Trump was facing side on, so even if he was to Trumps side, how did he hit at that angle ...& we all know that ears typically bleed more than almost anywhere else.
Plus, it was strange that for minutes, the shouted warnings & pointing out were all ignored by so many 'professionals', .... but then the gunman was shot within split seconds of the Last bullet ... Not the first, or the 2nd, 3rd, or even the 4th ... but After the 5th shot was fired.
Trump wouldn't allow himself to lose a 2nd time & this has only bolstered his chances. Had Trump been shot, the Democrats would have had a much stronger contender to beat .... because anyone other than Trump would be a strong contender ... because we all know how unpopular they Both contenders are ... & Trump will win this election at any cost!

This is the worst case scenario for the US. I used to read about how past empires fell due to corruption, aging political representatives and the degradation of public infrastructure, but I never imagined I would be watching that happen in front of me only a couple decades later. I thought "history repeats itself" was just a trite phrase people would say to try and sound profound. I thought we were supposed to learn from the past. Clearly we have not.

Is anyone going to start asking "why does Trump have so much support", maybe if the leaders of the US started asking why does he have this support they could offer his supporters a viable option, since they are so afraid of what Trump will do if/when he wins.
Unfortunately, Republican supporters only needs empty words and hateful rhetoric to garner their support.
They don't want actual help, not when they have the soothing balm of reassuring words.
There absolutely needs to be an investigation, though it is hard to imagine how we could ever get to the truth. Unless a whistle-blower would come forward. The level of political corruption in the US is so high now that this kind of situation is not surprising
