The auspicious Day of the orientation program of Batch 22-24 was graced by the formidable presence of our chairman, Sh. Shishir Jaipuria.Sir encouraged and welcomed students through his enthusiastic speech. He spoke on how the PGDM program is different from other postgraduate programs courses. During other postgraduate programs, scale depth in the respective subject of study, this program gives more leadership training, communication skills, team building and other life skills. It is a skill-development-based academy where students are introduced to systems thinking and design thinking. Sir emphasized having career goals and a plan for life. Sir guided the students on how to plan for one’s life and set goals in life.
