I don't understand people who complain about high-income earners. This is why people go to school and sacrifice 8 years and take on these loans is to be able to see a huge return on their income. You can also make the same decision to become a lawyer, doctor or engineer. Silly!
Exactly. I'm a doctor but sometimes I wish I started working a desk job after graduating from high school. I'm almost 29 and I'm just now starting to make money.
Absolutely after completing nursing school and getting a job it's only now I'm making money and I will be gazelle intense to start paying my student loan.

Right about that. It used to be a prestigious profession not any more. There's an ove supply of lawyers in this country. Applications to law schools are down. More now than ever.
Learn a trade and be making six figures within 5 years and no student loan debt. Not saying the world doesn't need professionals but unless its your passion just do the math and decide where you want to go.
why have i only seen people making a huge income? getting out of debt for people making 300k plus isnt an accomplishment. its called they quit being stupid for a few days. get people on here who make the average US income.

I feel like my mind was in the gutter too. When they said the majority of their debt was her debt, my mind went south. I wouldn't marry a woman who hade $200k+ in debt. Not unless the husband owed some $100k+ as well. But then I re-watched it and they said his previous house was worth $200k.

I can share that feeling. When I paid off my car loan 3 weeks ago I felt like a champion. I can now save that 400 dollar monthly payment.
Way to go!
Remember that feeling and get out/stay out of debt!
The thing is you'll find some where else to spend the $400 bucks. Its easier said than done 😄

Yeah but is the 25k per month before or after taxes? I'm only asking because I don't know if they are speaking of take home pay or pre-tax money.
Their income is pre-tax. Also, this debt-free scream most likely does not include their house.
