First off let's talk about you and your video. THANK GOD you made this video. The different views you put the camera helped. The seat cover OF ALL THINGS is where I had issues with the instructions. In NO shape or form did it say to push the cover through the big hole like you did and THEN to connect it from the outside THANK YOU. I am HORRIBLE at building so writing instructions with half of them with no words for instructions and the other half not giving full instructions REALLY messed it up for me. AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Is there a way to take the pieces that snap into the saucer part back out for cleaning purposes? I received a used one, and want to clean every little part I can. I'd like to soak the entire saucer part in the tub with vinegar, but obviously don't want to do that with the electronic part. Can't figure out how to remove it and don't want to break it. HELP! :)

Thank you for your response. I was determined to figure it out! After a lot of failed attempts, a few curse words, and then the help of my husband, we figured it out lol. The piece with the cloud and the roller thing with the lizard in it were even more frustrating. We ended up using butter knives to wedge between the plastic tabs in order to release them. I literally took the entire thing apart. Put all of the pieces except for the electronic part in the tub with hot water, dawn and 2 cups of vinegar. Let it soak for a few hours. Used a toothbrush to get in all the little cracks. It looks almost new now! Didn't want to use harsh chemicals and I was very pleased with how the vinegar helped.
