This kind of video is one of the reasons I love watching song reactions. Seeing someone discover how great an artist is - it's just so infections and fun! Adele is a great artist. Also it's so weird to hear her talk in a British accent since she sing in an American Southern accent. It's like with Amy Whinehouse and Billie Holiday - you just know Adele listened to and loved a lot of singers with southern accents, so that became part of her voice, too.
Adele is such a natural talent, she is completely effortless! I know it would be a departure from what you normally react to, but her episode of carpool karaoke with James Cordon was amazing - it was just after Hello came out and definitely shows how well she can sing live, as well as how awesome of a person she is too!

This was the first song I heard of Adele's. I hadn't heard of her before at the time. She had been on a late night talk show singing this... I was asleep on the couch and woke up to this song, and I was like, "Damn! Who IS that?" It blew me away! She had me hooked on this song.
