I'm currently going through MWC Level K for the 2nd time with my little guy, and I am seeing such a difference in his mastery this 2nd round--very happy with the choice! I love that in homeschool we can just go through something twice when necessary vs. automatically moving on to the next level.
We’ve used a variety of reading programs in our home. I just asked my third grader what helped her the most in learning to read. She said reading from the ABeka K readers everyday. After finishing those she is now reading through Sonlight grade 2 booklist.
Will you be using any BJU materials this upcoming year? I am looking for stuff for my upcoming second grader. Was considering AAR for continuing learning to read and BJU English 2 to start learning some English skills. Do you think it would be too much to add the BJU readers into that mix??? Although my son seems to be picking up reading naturally. Is AAR even necessary? Love to hear your thoughts please! I am a busy mom of six kids.
We're not using BJU for first grade. I do think it might be a bit much to add BJU readers on top of all that. I can't speak to whether or not AAR is necessary without knowing the reading progress your child is making. :)
Your content is really impressive 👏 and i saw your content growing day by day but i saw your Thumbnails are still same yes they looks good but that's not enough As you know YouTub algorithm changed with time and now days thumbnail is the first most important thing on TH-cam So if you tell me your email i can send you my Thumbnail designs and if you like my work i can give you a trial 😊 In this new year you should try new things Looking forward to your response ☺️

Yes! I've done this several times and it's always been SO good for my kids. I love having that freedom!
I love that you continue to just meet your child where they are at. Great picks this year !!!
