Actually, he got credit for 48 yards of that would-be third 60-yard touchdown. WR Marcus Robinson's holding penalty downfield negated 12 of those yards. 'JAMAL3W1S' should have had 307 yards & 3 touchdowns instead of 295 yards & 2 touchdowns.

Newer Ravens fan here; I wish I was alive to witness Jamal Lewis run the ball. He is one of my favorite old Ravens players up there with the two obvious HOFers as well as HOFer Jonathan Ogden. Hell yes GO RAVENS FLOCK

The Kyle Boller years. This is how you have to run your offense when you don't have a franchise quarterback. Ravens like this type of offense. Would fit well for Zach Wilson, JK Dobbins, and Gus Edwards.

Jamal historically ate the Browns up. In 12 career games against Cleveland, he rushed for 1,524 yards. He averaged 127 yards per game and 5.62 yards per carry. He scored 8 touchdowns and never fumbled once against them. Ravens went 9-3 in those games too. What else to say except that Jamal was nightmare for Cleveland.

Terrell Davis's 1998 season is the greatest season for a runningback in NFL history. Of all the 2,000 yard club members, TD is the only one to also rushed for 20+ TDs in the same season (Davis got 21). Also, Terrell Davis only fumbled twice, which is the least of any of the 2,000 yard seasons. Sure, Eric Dickerson went for 2,106 yards, which is an NFL record (TD got 2,008). But he fumbled the ball *14 times* and only scored 14 TDs. Sure, O.J. Simpson rushed for 2,003 despite playing in 2 less games, however, he fumbles the ball 7 times and rushed for just 12 TDs. Oh, and just to add insult to injury TD also won the Super Bowl that year, again he is the only 2K club member to do so. As to why TD's 1998 season isn't considered by the general population as the best ever is beyond me.

Dallascowboys/Mavs/Rangers fan 1 He had a career ending injury. You can't say "He was only good for 4 years" if he was only healthy for 4 years, that's just ignorant.
Also, that 4 year stretch is one of the most dominant in NFL history for a running back. During which, he went 3 consecutive seasons rushing for 1,500 or more yards. The only other runningback in NFL history that's accomplished such a feat is the G.O.A.T. Barry Sanders, except he didn't do it for just 3 seasons, he did it in 4 ('94, '95, '96, '97).
5 best RBs in NFL history
      1. Sanders
      2. Dickerson
      3. Payton
      4. Emmit Smith
      5. Terrell Davis

***** LT's 2006 season was a good one, I will give you that. Maybe number 3 or 4 on my list. But, I give it to TD by virtue the fact that he broke the 2000 yard barrier, which is the hardest thing for a runningback to do in the NFL.
*Top 5 runningback seasons in NFL history:*
      *1. Terrell Davis, 1998*
*2. Eric Dickerson, 1983 (I understand that he fumbled it 14 times, which is insane. However, that is kind of a testament to how good this season was because of the fact that in spite of those 14 fumbles, he still managed to get an NFL record 2,107 yards.)*
      *3. Adrian Peterson, 2012*
      *4. LaDanian Tomlinson, 2006*
      *5. O.J. Simpson, 1973*
