I remember this boss lol, but the little shits were more agressive back then, I remind up to MH4U where they would constantly paralyze you (even in GU) but it never happened to me after World, they are yoo weak and useless now. This and the bullfangos lol
Honestly, I feel like I get harassed by them more in World then the older games when I'm in a zone with them, but they are just not in as many places in World compared to older games. Rise on the other hand, they might as well not exist
Like it or hate it, but the targeted audience loved MH exactly how it was, despite being annoying. Sure the newer games like GU, MHWI and Rise are amazing games. But for most of us who played older games will not mind if they slowed things down with old world MH vibes. The older games were flawed yet perfect games.
The mechanics were terrible up to 2nd gen specially on the 1st gen, then the 3rd gen improved a bit the gameplay n the 4th was pretty good n the 5th had one of the best controls but i feel like Rise has too much stuff n complex mechanic that im still not used to them, so i guess they should simplify the mechanics but not too much, just give us something simplier kinda old fashioned but improved enough without being exagerated
@@NeoShenlong00X Yeah the controls and mechanics were clunky back then, compared to the recent latest entries after so many years that is, they never felt clunky and terrible in their time, at least not for the targeted audience. Because that's what MH was at that time, you had to learn to work around it, it might be impossible for a 5th gen hunters to understand this despite me explaining it for an hour, but it makes perfect sense for the targeted audience who loved the old MH games for what they were, even in the first gen. In their dawn they were perfect games way ahead of their time. To this day there hasn't been any other game that does take the path of MH and come on top of it. Back then developers of MH had a vision, they didn't care whether it will attract or appeal to new people or it will push them out. They did what they thought would work and poured all their love into it thus, creating a very niche genre, that Japan fell in love with instantly, alongside us the few several thousands in the west that bought the first PS2 MH game on the release day and we are hooked ever since. Now that's not to say that current MH games such as GU, MHWI and Rise are not good enough of games. They are still MH games, one thing changed though, now the developers focus too much on what people will like and dislike first, then alter their vision on what MH should be accordingly. As for myself i will keep riding this wave and wield my GS proudly till i can't enjoy the thrill of the hunt anymore. But i would love me a new MH game that is closer in roots to the original formula of MH. With quality of life style ofcourse. It's about time Capcom should remaster the old games, they are far too good and precious to die.
@@NeoShenlong00X And iam sorry if it sounds rude, such is not my intention i assure you. That if you think Rise is complex and future games should be more simplified. I hate to make a request like this, but can you make a community posy about the leaks and how people should keep away from them? Cuz there is a lot of leaks and I just want everyone to be careful and not get spoiled.
It sucks there's a lot of spoilers out there. Unfortunately, some ppl are still going to share the spoilers whether we like it or not.
I **just** did this quest last week.
I had autotracker, went "why is she inside the wall?"
...reading the quest description helps!
whats your armor set? its pretty cool yow
I never seen this game in such clean UI... Is this emulation? I know it's a dumb question for an old timer like me but, I'm just enamoured with this layout. Will definitely appreciate anyone who could give me an insight. TIA ~
Yep emulated the ppsspp has sharpening built in.
Are you trying to give me ptsd😨
A digital event coming this Wednesday
There is? I didn't know, are they dropping the release trailer or something?
@@stephenjohn2131 There's a nintendo direct on wednesday focusing on third parties, which might show MHRise info, but there hasn't been any official announcement from the MH social media about it.
At least according to Nintendo sphere
@@randomnpc445 you totally called it
i hate Vespoid's Queen!
I went through 2 psp's playing mh.
theres purple sharpness? @/@
Yes in old game
Okay but how do i get this and play with friends :(
Did you actually play with some friends on old gen? its that popular? I have only played solo thru the entire series skipping mh3.
Yes and it was a memorable experience. After school, we used to meet up in one of my friends house and play MHFU for hours on the PSP. Not too sure if its popular back then.
I'm looking for people playing on pppsssppp emulator playing on Android this game is the hardest mh I've ever played
1:39 now players.. this is why you read.. not just hunt.. you guys are acting like cavemen who see a pink light and then like spongegar.. gather in it
God this is my problem too lul 💀
Would always skip this mission
how are you playing unite online?
We use Zero tier
Oh Gogmazious, it might just be far too much to take. Don't simplify it for Gog's sake. It was already simplified far too much in MHWI and Rise. For good the most part, i for one appreciate not being tied in my spot for seconds and flex every time i chug a mega potion, but imho anything more will just ruin it....
@@NeoShenlong00X "so they should simplify the mechanics"
NO.
Meh she wasn't that bad, easy target. just don't get hit.
But then again we are dealing with a generation that doesn't like getting told to "git gud".
... I did use LS back then tho ...
LS might be the common reason why people don't want to be reminded to "git gud".
@@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx Git Gud still applies, and I said "back then".
@@justsomeguywithlasereyes9920
I respect your opinion but most LS players die more frequently from getting stun-locked than Lance/GS players.
@@justsomeguywithlasereyes9920 I love how old fanboys think old games took skills to beat 🤣
@@wallacesousuke1433 Wait a minute I remember you, you're that sweatlord neckbeard that thinks FS games are bad because you can beat them easily.
Do you understand the "You never go Full r*tard" meme? you and your opinion are the perfect example of that meme.
New gen is just all about hunting and time attack it become dull and boring. They remove monster's debuffs and harsh environment. We don't feel the mysterious world of monster hunter anymore.
