Reliving this during my insanity run of the Legendary Edition brought back such hard nostalgia from 11 years ago. ME3 may have ended disappointingly, but ME2 has the greatest final 'level' in videogame history. The stakes, the music, the tension as you reach each cutscene and find out whether you lost or saved a squadmate. There's nothng like it.
Irrelevant but even though other games may have better endings for the majority of players, I think mass effect 3 is the best game in series during most cases, considering they were given not more than 2 years, what they came up with is pretty good and still amazes me to this day. Can't wait for the next mass effect...
@@Storeenzo i will never forgive EA for what they did to ME3. that game amazed me untill the last 10 minutes... and then i realized that all my efforts were worth notthing. it's a giant middlefinger to the player. insult and injury. the element 0 teory was such an amazing way to end it (and even a darker way to say) and it got scrapped. what a shame.
I agree with you with 100%. I also played on insanity and that fight was hard as hell but also epic. Literaly runing to open valves so Tali could go but also tring to stay alive because you know death is very easy... saving your crew that not single man is left behind... then fight with horde of husks inside little safe zone, long walk... all of this while Harbringer is saing his lines this is pure epic that part of me wanted to do it again more then once.
Playing the final collector boss on insane difficulty with this music playing , while your traveling around the room your in taking out zombies, moving into cover and coordinating attacks, was Soo intense. Some parts in that series were sooo epic, the race to the ventilation room, the citadel counter, placing the bomb in the first game. All of those parts were extremely memorable, they did such a great job on that game franchise at least the first 3 I haven't played last 3
