While my coffee brewed I threw my yoga mat down and did this workout! Oh man, thank you! The perfect start to my day. Short enough to fit. Lots of deep breaths. I feel so good!

I enjoyed very much, just a little problem at minute 10.35 (Knees Down Rock), because my knees are not so strong as in the past: doing back and forward was a little bit hard for me....I say thanks also for your special video, I watched yesterday and it was very interesting :-))
How is this for beginners? Don't get me wrong the class was amazing but I couldn't do most of the movement and they weren't explained from a beginner perspective 😅 I'll try it again some other time
We've been talking about this more within the Membership recently. Beginner/basic doesn't mean easy. This is also a flow class which has a different rhythm compared to a slower paced connect style class.

Even in a beginner class there can be some challenging exercises. Keeping the knees down for that exercise is always an option.
