So cool that you got that "trail magic" food and water that you didn't have to filter! Also cool that you got to see the guy attempting the FKT and his crew! I think the "most challenging" days are behind you now -- not easy, but certainly easier! Only northern Pennsylvania is left to somewhat annoying. Also, my brother owns a "farm" outside of Hanover, and I've been to that grocery co-op by the athletic fields multiple times as that's the closest place for him to get groceries. We've also spent time in Lebanon. Both are cool places.
