Yes sir, in that 93 crore voters,only 60 crore people vote. 20 crore voters in them are bjp party members. 1 crore voters are congress Party members. Few crores of people just go with the flow and vote to whom they think will anyway win. Few crores of people vote for caste issues,religion issues,patriotism, etc.
