I went to the Dollar Store yesterday and got a spray bottle of that Awesome. Being old, 79, I’m a bit skeptical. I have a Series 3 pellet smoker that I’ve been using about a two and a half years and never did a deep clean. Your smoker was clean compared to mine. I emptied out all the parts and started in at about 7:30 and by 9:30 I was pretty well done. She ain’t showroom perfect. I’d send you a picture if I knew how. That stuff works as good as you stated. I think I’ll have to do it every couple months, except in the winter here in South Dakota. I just want to say thanks for the great tip. And am I ever glad Sam’s Costco sell bounty by the bale.
Awesome video. I just cleaned mine last weekend. Wish I seen this first. Water,SOS pads, and elbow juice where choices. your method was by far way easy to look at.
I spoke with Masterbuilt and they said if you can drink what your using to clean your grill then use it. There recommend in the users manual apple cider vinegar and water
I reread the comments and found the answer....clean the top hole with a brush or meat wax....thank you for responding back and have a good night.... Happy Easter too
I just posted another video with a smoker cleaner that is really effective. You may want to check this one out before you clean your next smoker. th-cam.com/video/JTxtNSlPZNI/w-d-xo.html
Thought masterbuilt says no chemicals on the inside? That degreaser seems to work well. I would be cautious with chemicals and in areas where food prep occurs.
Yes, but I cured it after before smoking any mest on it. I started using another brand that is meant for ovens. Check it out. The video is on my channel.

Do you rinse it out with a water hose after or would that hurt the element?

Do you let it air dry or?

@@TheSmokingBeard Thanks a million!
No quick Hose blast of water cleaning because of the electrical components and heating element???
Should be fine as long as you allow it to completely dry before you turn it back on.
I ruined my smoker with oven off .. how can I restore it
How was it ruined?

Btw, it doesn't say chemicals....it says harse chemicals. There's a difference!
More for safety reasons, just season it again…. They would like u to buy their cleaner
You can taste chemicals in your food when you use a degreaser. Apple cider vinegar and water works just fine
Not if you season it again before smoking anything. Thanks for the feedback
Let’s just add this if you can get some disposable gloves
Yep
your smoker looks like a bride's dress compared to mine lol
😂
Never clean a smoker with any chemical cleaner. Use apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
Do u own a grill
