    Diabetes mellitus and Parkinson's disease are both aging-associated diseases that are turning into epidemics worldwide. Diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance not only increase the possibility of developing Parkinson's disease but can also determine the prognosis and progression of Parkinsonian symptoms.
    All goes back to what i think are at the core of mostly all disease humans face over consumption of food habitually leading to metabolic dysfunction, leading to insulin resistance, leading to a sugar and fat storage problem manifested as ectopic fat in organs and organ damage. Liver, pancreas, brain.
    You coukd get there eating a high animal based diet except that isnt what constituted the SAD and what got us to this juncture. It is highly processed grain and seed based foods which are devoid of fiber. Are readily bioavailable calorically. Flood the blood stream with habitually fast absorbing calories with no where to go. There is your parkinson, diabetes, heart disease links and many many other diseases not generally seen in nature. Why, because in nature animals dont eat grain and seeds typicaly alone, if they eat them they are as part of the whole plant. Leave it to humans to take the animal out of our diets promoting disease.

    • @miloradvlaovic
      @miloradvlaovic ปีที่แล้ว

      Both are autoimmune conditions. Animal meat is the most pro-inflammatory food you can put into your orifice and survive. Also meat and milk have higher GI than even white bread or danish with chocolate. That's without even touching upon the processed meat and sweets (containing milk and eggs) with all the AGEs which are positivelly correlated to metabolic syndrome in a dose dependent manner.
      Not a vegan here but animal fat, proteins and arachidonic acid (to name just a few) are mandatory parts of cell signaling cascades required for molecular pathogenesis of the disease you spoke of there.

    • @GregariousAntithesis
      @GregariousAntithesis ปีที่แล้ว

      @@miloradvlaovic people like you read some coincidental studies or hear some lame brain doctoral science based loon or medical doctor with basically zero nutricianal education making coincidental and correlation into science. You obviously have never used a blood glucose meter in your life and i can tell you from being a former pre diabetic with high blood pressure to 40 lbs lighter with normal blood glucose and normal blood pressure you are completely foolishly wrong especially about blood sugar and meat. You also are obviously ignorant that high cacao dark choclate is mostly pure fat not sugar or high glycemic. Meat has no sugar in it and the only spike in blood sugar you see from eating meat is the livers reaction to converting protein to glucose if you dont eat carbs. On top of that it isnt a spike its a low gradual curve. I posted i few different shorts on my channel of my blood glucose meter morning fasting on a low carb diet. A far cry better than when i was consuming mostly carbs as the foundation of my diet. I now eat 60/30/10 fat, protein, carbs as my foundation and have been for a year and a half.
      Its about burning more calories than you consume not as much about what you eat with the exception being fast food and processed food. Those things are disease promoting because they are not like regular calories which have fiber to utilize the complete digestive system like nature intended. You sure dont see animals in the wild getting diseased from eating meat. Its because they dont eat 3 meals a day plus snacks and sit at a desk or in a chair most of the day promoting weight gain/calorie storage.
