    Training structure
    Overall around 30 min. Your full attention needs to be to one topic for the given time and then you switch.
    2 finger grip - 10 min
    Backswing delay - 10 min
    Cue delivery exact point - 10 min.
    Chill relax 5 min.
    Allow your subcouncious to play (no overthinking) total trust. 10-20 min.
    You will feel and hit balls differently enjoy!

    my man, you HAVE to fix your sound. It's so quiet. I have the PC and video volume maxed and can still barely hear you. Volume on videos should always be too high, just below the point of distortion when maxed, so the viewer can adjust to their comfort and needs. Good info but a lot of people will turn the video off before they get there because of the sound.
