    Broccoli, petchay, kale, collard greens, spinach, ginger, onions, turkey, pheasant, pineapple, blueberry, salmon, sardine, green beans o white beans, almonds o walnuts, wholegrain oat meal, feta cheese, farmer’s cheese, goat cheese, mozarella. Ang mga ito ay masustansiyang pagkain.

    Nakakamiss kumain ng isda. Dito sa germany kokonti ang klase ng isda na mabibili napakamahal pa. Pag-uwi ko isda lage ang meal ko hihi.

    Mejo iwas lang sa mga pritong isda lalo na sa mga may high blood.. Mas okay kung steamed or sinabawan nalang kesa prito. Pra iwas sa mantika.

    Just a correction, walang omega-3 DHA & EPA fatty acids ang tilapia even if it's simply a fish kasi it doesn't thrive on cold waters. Other than that, I loooooove to eat fishes. Pescatarian here.

    gaanu karami kaya ang Omega 3 fatty acid ng salmon na mataba nabibili sa palengke at yung cream dory sa grocery galing thailand. Mura kasi mga yun eh kaya yun binibili naming mag asawa. 100 per kilo lang ang mga yun.

    Ang mga nag aaral ng ibat ibang uri ng pagkain ay magkakaiba.Ang iba pag nakakita ng hindi angkop sa kalusogan sinasabi ng nakakasama,ang iba naman sinasabi iyong nakakasama at nakaka buti rin na pweding kainin dahil ina alam niya lahat.

    How about the mercury content in the fish especially the mackerel is very high in mercury . Any fish has high content of mercury .

    wala akong masabi kahit anong uri pa ng isda na pwede sa pangkain kaya lang ang problema napaka-mahal ng isda kahit yung mamurahin lang. kaya ang pipili-in ng karamihan ay isda sa delata o bulad kung sa salitang bisaya

    Just want to correct that farm raised fish such as tilapia, bangus and salmon has no good fats at all. It is rich in omega 6 which is inflammatory fats rather than omega 3 which is the good fats or anti inflammatory fats. Humans have already messed up with nature that in order to turn something into easy money, they will feed the fish with grains and other GMO feeds. If you eat something that eats feeds with growth hormones, the balance is already lost. You no longer eat the fish that''s supposed to eat wild planktons, algae etc. if it is living in its natural habitat. Since it is farmed and not wild caught, you are just eating the fish minus the nutrients or essential fats that this doctor has mentioned.
    The information that has been given in this episode is not sufficient to educate people.

    Doc sya pero sabe araw araw ok lang isda? Which is mali, dahilan sa mercury content at excessive fatty acid na makukuha mo kung araw arawin. base lang naman to sa nanay kong na diagnosed ng gastro at highblood at d sya birong usapin kaya mas mabuti ng mag isda kayo 2 to 3 times lang a week or kung tilapia once a week lang, yan mismo nirekomend ng doc sa nanay ko

      yes pinagbabawal na tlga yan but sa mga farm na isda na hnd maayos ang magalaga. feeds at dumi kc nakakain nila not healthy sa tao.
