Step 01: upload Cisco l2 and l3 switch image to gns3 client (Click edit> IOS on UNIX> IOU> Click New> Select "Run the IOU device on the GNS3" then click next> Name it and select and click browse and select the image file. Step 02: Open winscp Input hostname gns3 vm IP Port: 22 Username: gns3 Password: gns3 Then click login After login you need to upload CiscoIOUKeygn3f.py file to /opt/gns3/images/IOU Step 03: Go to gns3 vm and select Shell Run following command > cd /opt/gns3/images/IOU/ > sudo python3 CiscoIOUKeygen3f.py After run python script go back to winscp And click refresh in gns3 vm end Then you will see iourc Drug this iourc file and drop to your local drive. After all again go back to gns3 client Click edit > Preference> IOS on UNIX > Click browse and open the iourc.txt file Follow this steps carefully also follow the video 1st to last.

I have downloaded the Cisco IOS but its opening in GNS file extension . While uploading from GNS3 .bin file is not showing. Pls Help
