I think south Africa has some of the best snacks and sweets of the countries I've visited ,maybe it's also just BC I connect all those sweets and stuff with my childhood
Snacks/food in general are one of my biggest misses from SA when we lived there. Cadbury chocolate with Turkish delight was my absolute favorite (hersheys sucks. I haven’t gotten to try feast ales yet). It be fun to have a comparison with one of your American friends. Smarties was always confusing to me cause here it’s packed sugar and there it’s a superior M’n’M. I don’t think there’s a comparison here for Astros either. Wine gums are also a big miss here. Biltong is superior to American jerky. I buy Rooibos tea off Amazon and my brother has been buying rusks and grapetizer off Amazon too.

In iraq there is plenty of these products especially dr.pepper and Takis and didnt like takis that much i am more of a Pringles fan myself lol but i enjoy dr.pepper :D (yet my fav is mt. dew ) Btw we feed the seagulls that flies over the Tigris river a similar product to bugles (same type of chips) hhhhhhh and the sound they make with their beaks when they catch it so funny 🤣
Come to Chicago and have a Uno's Stuffed Pizza, or Lou Malnati's stuffed Pizza Either will do. Also, I Chicago Italian Beef (don't be fooled by anything that says "Chicago Style" - that just means it not the real thing). Portillo's Italian Beef (juicy) with sweet peppers and giardiniera on the side.
I would love for you and Mr beast to try the Salvadoran appetizers and our fried foods are very good I am sure you would enjoy them, we also have Takis and they are very good here in my country El Salvador 🇸🇻 and that you can try our Tasty Pupusas

Good to know not to spend money buying Mike & Ike for my son here in SA if it's the same as jelly beans we have here. Sour Patch kids have also been available here for a while. Looking at YT videos of the shops in the US l am always envious of their huge variety for all food items, especially chips & sweets. But to have fever choices of quality products over large quantity l suppose is better.
I would love to see MrBeast try snacks from South Africa and you try more American snacks together 😋
