JP heart of gold ,thank you for being there for the old boy who fell over, Sammy taking her pictures, now l feel quite peckish, good video, 😊 Raven wants his dinner,
Absolutely love your wildlife vlogs, always learn so much from you. Hope you get your vending machine there. Such a shame they are closing the cafe . Hats off to you and sammie for being so caring with that old chap. Bit of kindness helps the world go round
Shame about the visitor centre. Aww poor old chap, was lucky you & Sammie turned up when you did 💕Those meals looked amazing 😁 Hope you have some news soon!!! Lotsalove Em, G & Charlie 💕💕 xxxx
You both are such lovely and caring people 😊. You also take brilliant photos, my daughter and husband take lovely photos me not so much 😊. That food looked delicious 😋.
You are so caring about everything.Kind and Good human being and really why I always watch you.If feel down you show me something nice and about life that lifts me up.Takes energy to gey out there and film as you do .Managed to identify the birds today and feel so lucky to have this wealth of wildlife for you to capture in your lense and show to us.Loved everything .Thank You x
Great vlog JP. Pleased to hear your Good Samaritan act with that man….right place, right time…. kind heart….well done👏👏 Used to love watching kingfishers darting along our local river when I was young…not such a rare sight then. Love to you and Sammie and Raven. 🕊️ 🐕🦺🧶🦅 xx😻🎄
Hi ya hun! (Email me plz 😉) lucky I was there poor ol fella he’s ok now that’s the main thing! I love a kingfisher has to be one of my top five favourite birds! Thanks for watching 🙏❤️🤗
Great video, hope the man is okay.. some people just don’t want to stop for anything anymore. My friends daughter got of the bus in the centre of town, she recognised an elderly man who looked in distress in a shop doorway…. Every body was passing him by and this poor man died in her arms. Her and her husband tried to shock him back with a defibrillator , but sadly he was gone. If she hadn’t seen him I dread to think how long he would have laid there before someone noticed 😢
Great vlog again JP. Shame about so many passing and not offering any help to the Gentleman who had fallen over. Good on you and Sammie for helping him out, and ensuring he got home safely. Pity there wasn't any Dartford Warbler sightings, but that's how it goes at times. Got my first sightings and a very quick photo, although not brilliant of a female Merlin yesterday. Was well pleased about that. Enjoy your seafood and keep on entertaining us. Take care and stay safe all of you 💛
Hi Julie!! I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t always do something to help someone and something bad happened to them x thanks so much for watching ❤️🤗🙏
Thank goodness you and Sammie were there for that Gentleman. Such a shame about Rainham Marshes, I know it's marsh land but you do tend to wonder if they have something planed for the area that has not yet come to light. Coalhouse Fort is a lovely place to visit I grew up using it as my playground when it was a derelict area and I was Christened in St Catherine's Church just outside the entrance to the fort. The food from the Seafood place looks amazing too X
Hi Jennifer x glad I was there to help! X mine too! A fair few of my family have been laid to rest in the graveyard there I always go when I visit the fort x seafood from there is fab! Thanks for watching 🤗❤️
Hi jp and sammie thanks for another fantastic video that was a lovely thing you and sammie did for that gentleman yous both have such beautiful hearts ❤❤👍👍

Hi JP, Sammie and Raven, lovely video. What a couple of diamonds you both are for going to the aid of the elderly gentleman, from me thank you so much. I expect his wife had a shock when he got home, I’m pleased he texted you when he got home, put your mind at rest. Sounds like not long now before you are a grandad hey. Take care 💕🐾 xxx
Hi hun! Aye he was covered in blood bless him obviously on blood thinners as the graze wasn’t that bad it was the shock and concussion I was more concerned about x not long now! Can’t wait 😛 x
Well done for your two acts of kindness. Lovely video. I visited Rainham Marshes and Coalhouse Fort many times when I lived in Brentwood (where I grew up). Such a shame that the visitor’s centre is closing. Also I used to visit Rye Meads when I was on the track staff at Rye House Speedway. A reasonable ‘Happy days’ count today at 5. Hope all goes well with the little one.
Great to see some wildlife..and my favourite duck..pintail..can only agree about Rspb...and I've been a member for years...though when I first started hearing about this it sounded as though they were selling of the actual reserves...so bad, but not as bad as it could've been..that seafood looked well fine as ever...and congratulations on impending granddaddery😊
Sad to hear about Rye Meads closing. My Mother in Law lived in Stanstead Abbotts and I loved visiting from Aberdeen and meeting up with friends I met on the photography forums I was on at the time.

Thank you JP.. Have a great week and stay warm and safe.. First day of summer here 🥵🥵 Lots of love to you all ❌❌🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️
Good on you Jp, sammie, glad the gentleman OK. How can people walk by a situation like that, it baffles me honestly. Food looked yum. Take care Jp, sammie and gorgeous raven ❤
Well done my man for helping that gent. I've done loads of first aid in my old job as a carer, I know how some people are with falls, who don't like any fuss to be made. It's just a bit of blood. I don't need that zimmerframe ! I am surprised by that RSPB news, sounds very stupid thing to do. I also use to look after the RSPB's London office, in Smith Square SW1, which I thought was a waste of money, with them having an office in Sandy Bedfordshire. Still I got to meet Tony Soper and Mark Avery there. Thanks for my Sunday fix of nature.
What a great reserve JP, have never been there but like you it’s really disappointing to hear about petty cut backs on the visitor centre. The visitor centre at any reserve is the face of the reserve. To do away with that is terrible. I think your moan about it is justified. that sea food looks superb, you do pack it away, massive portions! I’m so jealous 😂🍤🥴 great video JP. Nice to see you get out for some wildlife 👍
Hi ya bud! It’s a fab place and it’s such a shame I hope that it’s only temporary! Gotta love seafood eh lol 😂. I needed a wildlife fix hopefully I’ll be getting some more real soon! Hope alls well with you 😉👍

Hi bud! I’ve been a member for donkeys years I go week days as they’re packed weekends usually but that’s the thing it’s a meeting point and gets many people out! Rainham Marshes is one of the best reserves I’ve ever been to you can’t fail to see something being there on the Thames corridor. Aye poor ol fella pisses me off that someone didn’t walk him back to his car 😡 anyway Gavin sorted me out with a good feed such a nice fella good goes to good eh x safe travels! ❤️🤗🙏
JP you and Sammie are so caring l can’t believe people would just walk away from a person when you can see they need some help shame on you guys. Loved the video of the wild life. Also a bloody shame they are closing down the cafe a bad move let’s hope it’s all about greed these days they don’t care about people that have supported them with donations and working for them without pay 😖😖😖
It's obscene how much the CEOs of these big charities are paid for doing very little. The 'boots on the ground' people are either volunteers or not that well paid. If the charity itself does not want to continue operating the cafes and centres, why don't they franchise them. Greggs or Costa is better than nothing!! The question is - what are these charities doing with the millions that people give them in good faith? More and more , including me, are questioning this and many are cancelling memberships and stopping their donations which is sad for the birds, animals, buildings etc which will suffer.
I make you right on all accounts! 🙏 I didn’t think of a franchise! I’ve always been in the RSPB I’d like someone to talk me through the rationale for that though! Thanks for watching ❤️🤗
@@StravaiginHippy That's exactly what I thought too! Why not rent it or sell it to someone local who wants to run a cafe, but is struggling to find somewhere? Or maybe ask the community what they want & if there's any groups willing to keep it going etc. If not put it out to wider interests like you said Costa is better than nothing. A lot of these places would get some volunteers to keep it going & I'd much rather give to them & help them than the bigger charities nowadays. Many people are thinking what exactly do these CEO's actually do for their six figure salary🤔
I wonder how much the RSPB paid for the metallic 'artwork' outside the visitor centre. Probably a ridiculous amount. It's a shame they are shutting the much-needed visitor centre. Charities like the RSPB need regular every day people to audit their finances rather than fellow people of the same ilk as those employed at the top of the RSPB pay scale.
They have spent millions on the place Gena, Hides metal sculptures etc so the little they are saving they would make up the extra cash with the foot fall eh! X
I think you need your fingerless gloves on out there today , I guess those that govern what is happening , is spending money in other areas m where it shouldn’t be going . But best not me started in that one . I can fully understand why you feel cross JP. Would be interesting to know how many visitors they get there to prove a point either way . Bless you JP so typical of you both helping folk out . Poor chap thanks for sharing today with us .lovely
I couldn’t believe it when I heard about it! Aye the chap was thankful bless him we had a good chat and made sure he was ok and safe I think he was more embarrassed than anything which is a natural reaction bless him x
A lot of these big charities are shooting themselves in the foot & it's pure greed as far as I'm concerned!! People are becoming more aware that their donations are going to the CEO's, people at the top & "admin" & not for the actual cause they donate to. This is putting people off donating & when they close places like this down it discourages people to donate! Charities have become like supermarkets & big businesses & making millions, but continue to pay top whack to CEO's & give huge bonuses & pass the costs onto the customers by charging more & more to join the charity, entry fees, parking, & buying items from them etc. All this comes at a time when people can't afford to carry on supporting them! The big charities lose out in the long run because people cancel their donations/subscriptions. These kind of places need to be protected because once it's gone it takes years to rebuild, if at all. I stopped donating to big charities years ago & only support small local charities that struggle to stay open day to day. They are more grateful for donations & tend to serve local communities better than some of the bigger charities because they are local people themselves & know what needs to be done. That's my rant over too😄 Hope the gentleman that had a fall is ok, bless him. You & Sammie are so kind & caring. I'm glad you found him & helped & offered to drive him home. He must have had a right old tumble down, bless him. That food looked amazing & I don't even like most shell fish😂😂 I don't know where you put it all JP!!😯 You must have had a good coma after all that😄
Good rant hun!!! lol 😝 they need to do something there it’s such a shame, I go for the birds but many go for the day out there to get them out of the house etc money goes up and facilities go down its ridiculous eh x thanks for watching 🙏❤️🤗
@@JPLamoureuxsTravelsit is ridiculous! You get some that meet up maybe once a fortnight/month & probably spend a couple of hours in the cafe & chatting to friends. It could be their only outlet, but they'll be buying drinks & sandwiches/cakes etc. How else are we going to get younger people interested when they keep increasing prices & closing places?! 🙄 You don't half get me started on some things JP 😂😂
Not sure how a nearly £200,000 a year is justified, but then after 62 years on this earth, the amount of money a CEO can astound me, especially for a charity, where the money should be going to the reserve and the staff that work hard

Massively hun! It’s the next generation we need to get into Nature! Can’t beat a good ol rant lol 😂 x
@@JPLamoureuxsTravels 🤣🤣
Not sure how a nearly £200,000 a year is justified, but then after 62 years on this earth, the amount of money a CEO can astound me, especially for a charity, where the money should be going to the reserve and the staff that work hard
Bang on the button buddy flippin unbelievable eh! Thanks for watching Ian 🤗👍
