I think it is for quite a long time enough to be a “hidden mechanic” that hunters need to learn. I’m not a pro hunter but I like watching pro Mad Eyes playing. What I notice is that the pro Mad Eyes always seem to build a wall at the right side of the chair. My guess is that they *know* that survivors will always come out at the left, so forcing the rescuer to rescue from the left side would be more favorable for the hunter players.
I think is more like where the survivor initial position of the survivor is, you see the lawyer was on the right side before rescuing and when you are done/remove from rescuing you go back to that position, yeah hunter can use this as advantage to either hit the chaired rescued survivor if the rescuers go from that side.
