Inflatable pipe plugs

I saw your videos For cylindrical ..for example we have 12" or 300mm sewage pipe to be plug can I use 200mm to 500mm cylindrical plugs? And make it to it's capacity air to be put? Like 1.5 bar can it hold to sewer pipe? Please answer my question 🥺🥺
