I would agree 100% with Jake’s take on the Midas open trap bar. We tested it up to 700 pounds and it had no problems no issues. The jackstand is very sturdy and I do like the compact design, especially for women and kids or somebody that wants to something that’s compact or in a small space you don’t have to worry about the bar being low quality like the Amazon or Walmart cheapo out here. This one is much better but much better made and it’s worth a price, but the giant is a lot larger so if you don’t need that extra size, then the Fringe is where you wanna go. If you’re worried about the thin handles, you could always add something like fat grips. Just switch up your training or added a different stimulus
