      @Moustachehilarity That is probably why they definitely DONT need shot clocks in this, the biggest tournament in the world. Who is in such a rush? As a complete novice poker player, this is the only tournament I ever want to play in (unfortunately, the odds of me picking up $10,000 is pretty slim), but if I ever got the chance to play, the last thing I would want is some machine telling me to hurry up, its only $10,000.

      @Moustachehilarity If the players at the table were that bothered, surely they have the option to call clock. As far as I am concerned, if someone needs time, they should have it. But as you and a number of other commenters have stated, this particular player does seem to tank for an excessive amount of time bearing in mind the hands she is holding (which obviously we can see).
      As to your comment about me not sounding like a tournament player, that is all i ever play, unfortunately living in England, there has not been much of any play for the last few years.

      @@rcchristian2 She took over a minute to decide to raise in the BB with AK suited when the only one in the hand was the SB who limped. I mean, c'mon lady. Have a little more consideration. This isn't the river where you're facing a tough decision for your tournament life, this is a battle of the blinds when the SB limped and you have the 4th best starting hand in hold'em.
      I hope she gets knocked out sooner than later. The tournament will take an extra day or two if she makes the final table.

    Imagine if you had to pay to watch the WSOP before the poker boom happened,none of these players would even know poker was a career and Howard Lederer and the gang would have had to find a different Ponzi scheme,nobody likes this new format so just give the people what they want and what made poker what it is today, the more people watching the WSOP the more people find a love for poker and we keep this market alive not just people with solvers trying to grind out rake back.

    Hi Tam (the guy with 33) reporting here. My opinion is that unknown players (recreational / amateurs) usually will not take a bluff line like this, especially the way I sized it per street. Berk should be folding against population unless proven otherwise (he doesn't know me, so assume I am a rec which is fair). That is why towards later in the night, I toned down my FPS-SPAZZ once my hand info got revealed after the initial 45 minute delay.
    I was asked by numerous people would I still take this line if I knew he had an Ace. My answer is this;
    - If you told me on the flop, I would check fold give up.
    - If you told me on the river, I would do the same.
