Salam brother, looks like u really love "apam balik"😊..the crispy apam balik taste better when its hot tho, nice to see u enjoying Pasar Malam n supporting local businesses, thumb up 👍
@@TravelingSoloLogs I've wanting to ask u a question. There r not many Muslim foreign vloggers, so far I only see one solo n one couple from USA n another one solo n one couple from d UK. My query is, how is Islam being practiced in America. In one of d video by a couple from America with their 3 young daughters, d guy went to a Friday prayer in a mosque in Putrajaya. He brought along with him his eldest daughter, I think, which is in a dress, not properly covered, praying together with d others. In Malaysia, we don't see female, adult or kid, on Friday prayer. I find it very strange. Is this normal in America. If I'm not mistaken, he used Turkish language in some of his videos. Would u know anything about this.
@@Yasin_Affandi I'm not sure about the person. Regarding Friday prayer some people take their kids but they should be quiet and there is usually a female area of the masjid. The religion is practiced normal in America. They follow the Sunnah
I love the night markets in KL as well as other parts in Malaysia. I hope your food was delicious for you and I especially love how the small boy at the food stall greeted you. He's so cute! 😍
Hey Solo, you should also visit a Pasar Tani as well which is the morning market. You can find tons of different fresh produce as well as foods and drinks to try as well. I think that would make for a good video! 👍
This is the night market that I've suggested for you to go to before. I used to go there almost every week while I was staying in KL. I like nasi hujan panas
Thank you for taking us around the 'pasar malam' which I personally missed a lot of 🇲🇾.. The 'apam-balek' is preferably be eaten while still hot and crunchy, will be a bit soggy in the plastic bag after a while.. (from experience) The word 'longok' means a bunch/pile of something.. FYI.. in the Malay language speaking world 🇲🇾 🇸🇬 🇧🇳 🇮🇩 the letter 'C' is usually pronounced as "Ch" not a 'K' sound, for example.. cendol, campor, cempedak.. etc. It was a culture shock to me when finding out the word for 'AIYER'/water, was spelled as 'AIR'.. 😅
If you come to Bandar Melaka but haven't stopped by Vintage Night Market Melaka, then you should stop by there. Located on Jalan Hang Tuah and within the UTC MELAKA area. Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, starting from 6.00 pm to 12.00 midnight. I used to do business here, doing foot massage services. #vintagenightmarketmelaka
