I began watching this man's content sometime last year and I can easily say that of all the influencers out there, of all the great former bodybuilders that most people look up to such as Ronnie, Arnold etc that THIS man is my greatest inspiration. The realest person in the bodybuilding AND fitness industry all round.

Thanks for the tip re: fat loss if over 20% bodyfat, bulking if under 20% bodyfat. Fouad’s a boss, I often refer to his content.

Listen to this video, I was trying to speed things up and dropped calories too much and metabolic adaptations happened so my body got used to that intake and I was always hungry just to keep leaning out or even maintaining. Slow and steady....then watch his cardio video. Most inspirational and straight forward fitness/bodybuilding influencer out here.

Great breakdown, Fouad. Also like how you emphasize that the initial macros aren't set in stone from day one and that the numbers can fluctuate depending on goals, progress, etc.

As an old school BB and you have no idea how much this info is appreciated.. I used to have to wait for a new magazine to come out with just contest news 3 months after the Olympia was over .. In the 80’s 90’s you never got to see a top pro write his diet out you did it by experimenting and hard to believe there were no personal trainers !! You and your training partner would figure it out on your own . The only thing that was important and respected was how hard
You trained .. you would be laughed out of the gym .. I wish I could transport this generation and a lot of pro BB’s back in time and watch what training was like . I’m just a nobody that competed in local Ontario shows . I hope your viewers understand the value of your videos and your podcast .. but this all doesn’t work unless you train your balls off and yes genetics play a part but you’d be surprised if you train till you drop you can get a great physique ... thanks Foud for the amazing content for free ..and training like the way you’re supposed intensity and focus .. hope you kill this Show !! You deserve all the success

Love the simple diet principle. Rice, chicken, tuna, potatoes,eggs,oats...simple to cook, time management, also cheaper.
So sick the old "so you only eat like 10 foods"....i'm like...yep, its cheap, healthy, from time to time throw some new stuff(foods)...its cheap...dont have time to spent a hours everyday in the kitchen...teaching sports in middleschool and also doing PT work takes alot of time of my day. Simple is effective. Facts.

I will say that I used to prep a different meal every meal of the day pretty much, I love to cook and I’m into building low calorie meals with lots of different flavors/ingredients BUT I noticed here lately I have been doing egg whites/oats MULTIPLE times a day and chicken and potatoes/rice MULTIPLE times. Didn’t even realize I was doing this more and more often but I do really like those meals, not because any reason other than how fast I can cook them AND I can prepare them different just like any other meal like oats ( sometimes I put pb & banana , cinnamon & stevia brown sugar , blueberries & sugar free vanilla pudding mix ) even the egg whites ( turkey bacon cut up with salsa , green onion light sour cream & hot sauce , or basic with taco sauce salt pepper lol) . I can still make all my “extravagant” meals when I have the extra time but if I just want to get it in I can still perk up the basic foods if I want

This was awesome! I started a mini cut a few weeks ago to clean up the diet. I think the idea of doing a dexascan would be beneficial for me. I have seen results but I like how you break down the deficits and how you progressed throughout the weeks. Thanks for the tip on how to reduce the deficits. I’m not any shows but to lose fat. And I’m glad you mentioned to reduce it slowly if you don’t have a deadline.

This video was 💰💰💰! I've been looking at my diet everyday trying to figure out where I can manipulate and eliminate calories. So much useful information!
For people like myself who meal prep but enjoy some variety, I keep a bunch of different seasonings in my pantry. I'll season half my chicken with Cajun spice and the other half with lemon pepper (as an example) and now I have 2 kinds of chicken. I do the same thing with my starches and veggies. A little Mrs. Dash on my broccoli at the last minute goes a long way. Thanks again for all your content, bro!
