I guess no additional compression for grass?And how is it unloaded then?

Gravity does the work, layer of plastic and then a rubber layer with a uhhh... "sausage" ring filled with water around the outer ring will keep it airtight as well. In this example perhaps it's unloaded with a crane and the contraption you see in the video at 2:44
