Fjortofte was very complimentary throughout the analysis. Real sportsmanship for the guy, he said that Scotland did what they needed to do and were well worth the win, no bitterness, no excuses, just genuine love of the game. Fair play to the guy

This is the best Scotland team I’ve seen in my life time and I’m 50, about bloody time.
I think the World Cup 82 was probably the best (I am 53) hopefully Scotland will produce a better team in the future!

Got to admire what Clarke has achieved with this squad. Tactics are great but you have to have players who can carry them out. He seems to have worked out the strengths of every individual and have them playing to, not only their own strengths, but utilising them in a way that suits the others in the team. The spirit is incredible. It's been a real pleasure watching Scotland this past year or so.

Which makes him perfect for the Scotland job lets face it some of our defending in the past in big tournaments was woeful,teams are finding it difficult to create chances against us never mind score and we have shown we can stick 5 passes together at any point in the game and score.

The current talent level of players from Scotland is at a level I've never seen before.
I think it helps when we have the likes of Robertson, McTominay and Mcginn playing for top English sides. What disappoints me is how we allowed MacAllister at Brighton to slip under the radar. He might be Argentinian by birth, but there is clearly Scottish blood in his family tree.
