Honda CX500 caferacer - Full maintance and repair work caferacer

I have had the honour of reviving a Honda CX500 caferacer for somebody else. The bike ran poorly and there were many parts and pieces that needed to be fixed or replaced.
The list of things includes: new front tire, new brakelines, brakefluid, oil change, oil filter, new grips, complete overhaul of the carbs, valve clearances, timing setting, synchronizing the carbs, painting startermotor, complete rebuild of the frontcalipers, etc, etc.
During this work i ended up building my own tyre bead breaker from scraps.
I have an video on that also (the link will be in the top right corner).
Ofcourse I also balanced the tyre.

Man.. This is a very good video on subject.. Gives a lot of information on what to look out fof.. Great content.. 15 gone I have not even noticed

Its is, and the sound was louuuuud (too loud so luckily the owner later changed the exhausts). Paint was very well done 👍

You sire have this bike sorted. I can pretty much handle most maintenance, minus tire changes. I have busted a hundred knuckes and fonally gave up. 😂

There are certain things not to do yourelf if you take time into account tyre changing is one as I have found over many many years of messing with bikes and cars ..The rest goes without saying Well done sir nice job well done !!
