The Bee artwork reminds20 yrs ago I went to estate sale and go a wicker trunk, table & chairs end tables tables. I used them in a sun room and they have been in the attic for years, might be time for them to come play again they paint so easily. I love the new Robin King it reminds me of Mkenzie Childs & that reminded me that it's probably barn sale time.

We moved to a smaller home in the same Alaska Town when the kids moved out for the amazing ocean view & beach. At first I struggled trying to figure out how to fit my larger favorite pieces in & struggled some more🤷♀️ we plan on staying here forever. I can try things I immediately don't like and other things that have to grow on me & inspire new ideas. Moving in itself and to a new climate is alot, let alone getting content out. Pretty amazing all you have accomplished so far!

Those lanterns have always been a favorite of mine and they really add so much. Moving the table by the fireplace is perfect; blends the hutch and mantel tones and pulls it together. Have you thought about placing a torchere floor lamp in the room? As always, I am so glad you are here to inspire and challenge us to make whatever rooms we are blessed to have the best we can!

A new home, a new canvas and a new adventure. What an awesome opportunity!! I love the vintage green of the fireplace and with other comments, I prefer the plain wall over the wallpaper. Can't wait to see what rug you choose. Bev, the lovely little book corner, to me, looks as if it is just stuck there. Does it need a more special spot? I do think the addition of the lamp on the top has helped because it gave it more height. Where are we going next? Can't wait!!

Bev, noticed the rug was missing and also that the “falling” wallpaper was down. The green is cooling and lovely for this time of year. Oh, but come autumn and winter, it’s going to add a richness that is divine! We painted our living/dining area last summer in a fabulous green and found a velvet sofa the same color. We are in love! In spring/summer it is blissfully refreshing with the blues and white with hydrangeas placed here and there. Then for the holidays, it is so warm and cozy with the golds and cranberry colors. Really feel you made a lovely choice! Enjoy, sweet girl!
