it’s a counter hit launcher, if it’s blocked standing the first kick hits low, and the second is blocked high and is -9, but if you block low, the second kick gets ducked and you can launch punish

Yoshimitsu's Df2 is a safe launcher and he does a TON of damage with wall. Your Point?

This safe launcher doesnt track, has 0 range, and launch punishable when the first move is blocked. Whats the counter argument?

@@relhiya1 it crushes lows, its only punishable on a hard read, it launches if you re not holding back, it does have range and idk about the tracking, doesnt the second hit track?
