am I the only one who went from preferring Try, Try Again to preferring Victory in the Dream World? This mix is definitely superior though. It's like the dream world just spilled out into reality and completely insane things happen. Luiginary Work, Luiginoids, Dreamy enemies, the X bosses, etc. Think about how that would go for a second.

After playing through all five games multiple times... this is, in my opinion, the second best game, right next to BIS. They're all phenomenal by every stretch of the word.
I didn't get a chance to play the og SS but I'd say the remake is my favorite and Dream team is my second favorite personally, but dream team was my first so it has a special place in my heart anyway
Really enjoyed the premise of the game and it’s overall theme. The game spotlights Luigi, but also highlights Mario’s dedication to helping his brother, which feels emphasized during Luigi’s dreams. Something about both battle themes really highlight that.
This was the music I grew up with... and I'm happy I did grow up with it. Because if I had never gotten this game first... i wouldn't gotten any others.
If someone bought the rights of the Mario and Luigi RPG series... they should definitely remake Dream Team and release it on the Switch (After Partners In Time).
When someone asks you what you listen to “oh I’m listening to some video game music” and they say “oh like Super Mario bros music oh that stuff is kind of annoying” (you put your earbuds in there ear and your listening to this song) and the person is like “Ohmygosh this is beautiful” then you say “I know” 😏
I honestly wouldn't mind hearing more people say SMB music is annoying because nearly everyone I know always quotes the damn 1-1 music and nothing else. Is it iconic? Sure? Is it still enjoyable to listen to? Personally no. I also didn't like the jazz version from Odyssey.
I have an idea for what the final boss could've been. After a few turns, Bowser leaps into the Dream World and you have to battle him there. After another few turns, he'll leap back into the Normal World and so on. Not saying the actual final boss is bad, but this would've been cool

I'm currently looking for for good Mario and Luigi music to play in the background of a Mario-themed D&D campaign. You know, battle music and stuff that will fit with both Marko and the pace that Dungeons and Dragons tends to go at. Any suggestions?
