Very good advice, especially point 1 (don't believe them when they say "x" will be provided!). I would add: spare strings and picks, plus something I _always_ use at gigs before setting up: a "Martindale" type socket tester. I don't assume the venue wiring is safe, so until I've tested it, nothing gets plugged in. I also take a small light to aim at my setlist/crib sheet. Another thing: take your diary, so you can secure more gigs while the guy who makes the bookings is in a good mood. And another thing: take business cards, to give to people who may book you for their events.

These are all great points! Might just need to do another video on what I keep in my gig bag.
I know you have an extensive pedal board with your looper, vocal effects, drum pads, etc. Do you run all of that through that 2 channel mixer?
Hey! No I do not even use a mixer with that set up. I just use the boss rc-600 as my mixer.
