Cartoon Critique idk about that Simpson are too wholesome for me, my fucked up life when I was younger could not handle watching Simpson 🤔 I out grew family guy and prefer South Park for all my trashy tv entertainment low key
If I had a nickel for every time a Family Guy clone had a fat character named Dusty, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice.
Anybody remember "I'm Not An Animal"? It was this aninated adult British that used this weird photo collage style. The animals were all part of of experiment that made them intelligent but also gave them human personalities. They were meant to be killed but were rescued and were hiding out on some abandoned property. It's the one animated British show that I loved. It was unique in every aspect and was pretty funny. Granted, this was a few years ago and watching Seinfeld in 2023 is brutal.
Family Guy at least still has *some* funny, clever jokes even nowadays, even if it's real boring and repetitive as hell. This show is the embodiment of seeing Family Guy doing dark humor... And then removing the humor out of that, but not really dark, it's just nothing. It's shit happening with no punchline.
the word "worst" has been thrown around so much that it has lost its meaning, but i believe you when you said that it's the worst thing you've ever bought in your life
Yeah, it really has quite a bit. I remember the times where The Cat in the Hat was one of the worst live-action movies of all time, and now it has a cult following because of some of the gold of the jokes that most people found dirty back in the day. Odd. :/
@@chrisrockett5897 Its because anti humor has gotten more popular on the internet so anything that would be considered shitty like cat in the hat or Freddy got fingered is now liked just because of how absurd it is.

Goddamnit, now that you've said that my brain is tricking me into seeing the character with exaggerated blue/green heterochromia, even though he doesn't have it. That's how much the character looks like (comic) Chris.
That episode was probably pulled because "gypsy" is considered a slur now. There was a wave of stuff getting renamed because it included the word. The only one I remember specifically was some breed of horse
@@ivnrose That's technically true, but it's still an insult when used to refer to the Romani people (like the exact way it was being used in the episode). Words can have multiple meanings, especially in different locations. In the united states "spaz" is generally considered a silly insult word, but from what I've heard, in the UK it's seen more as a serious ableist slur.
@@ivnrose Yes, and bitch means dog and fag means cigarette butt. Just because a word means one thing doesn't mean people won't also use it offensively. Gypsy had become associated with the Romani people. While it may traditionally mean 'traveler', it had turned into a racial term associated with the Romani people that's sorta synonymous with calling someone an 'untrustworthy immigrant' or something along those lines, but specifically targeted at that specific race of people. The history of the term gypsy is more complicated than that though, my definition is just a rough approximation of one of the ways gypsy became a negative term used against the Romani, regardless of what the word originally meant.

I don't know why, but for some reason, Full English sounds like a really cool spy movie for me. I'm thinking something along the lines of a british version of John Wick.
As an American who doesn't understand a lot of British humor, I seriously don't know if this is supposed to even be a comedy. A lot of adult animated shows (and some kid's shows) don't understand that gross out humour doesn't equal funny. Funny jokes equal funny
The old Mr. Bean Movies were very good adult and children comedy. There was also gross humor, like Mr. Bean putting tealeafs in his sock to make tea. But it still was way better than watching animated uncensored ducks.
I think they were just trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Like they saw shows akin to south park, family guy etc and automatically assumed that gross out humour was best and tried to do it in a way that's "relatable" (by relatable I just mean make references to things that are common in British culture) and thought it would be fine. Only it's horrendous.
@Port Koda ill add Blackadder is also one commonly recommended. Anything starring Rowan Atkinson is probably worth watching really. He's a treasure. Peep Show I see prsised a lot too. Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead have a lot of fun British humor.
This show honestly has more in common with Brickleberry than Family Guy. Not necessarily in the premise but more in the style of "humor" this show has.
Every now and then, I make a fried egg, bacon and toast breakfast with tea and eat it whilst watching the introduction of this video. It makes the food taste better, but I always loop back to beginning before the Full English show pops on and ruins my appetite
STEVE: Seriously, if want a dark and animated joke that is also outright disturbing, would you please do a review on the Anime "Chargeman Ken"... its an Anime from our friends in Japan, made in the 70's, featuring this kid (like 10 years old) fighting aliens that can transform into humans. Which has the effect of him blasting just about everyone and everything. This is SO up your alley!! There are 65 episodes but they are only 6-7 minutes, not including the intro/ending. Whether it's the same five songs used in this series, horrible lack of animation, a picture of a real hand in a few frames, a professor who may or may not be a robot with Dynamite in the Brain, pretending to sneak into a mental hospital because the aliens have an underground base there, this kid's psycho sister getting bitch-slapped and wearing a dress that defies physics, animation that's more still pictures with vocals, reused animation of even more still pictures that might have an extra frame, having episodes run in the wrong order, etc. th-cam.com/video/6qIntkf26nI/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=RetroCrush There's a link to some of it. There's also a great review by Kenny Lauderdale about it. You just have to watch it. There is some damn good anime and some damn bad anime and the kids who watched this crap growing up probably explains a lot about other infamous shows. Please check it out, I think the best way to explain it it's kind of like "The Room" in Anime, so bad it's almost good, cause you'll laugh your f***ing ass off!! There is so much remixes of this in Japan, think Thomas the Train Engine but on steroids and crack, it just doesn't make ANY sense and even Japan mocks it with a live re-creation of Dynamite in the Brain. Watch the link and Kenny Lauderdale's review to get a feel for it. Then dive in if you can get the series and get ready to see if your able to survive binge watching it!! Also, anyone else here in the comments who has seen it, feel free to sound off and vote it up, hell if you want to start the New Year right after this s**t fest of 2020... at least you'll start with laughing and WTF in equal measure. I DARE you! I DOUBLE DARE you!! I contributed the best way I could here with this college essay, but seriously, imagine being a kid and watching this. So, moral of the story: stop trying to be Family Guy, we already have Family Guy.
It didn't work in "Crash Canyon" for Canada, either...
Yeah and people are tired of Family Guy so don’t mimic a show that people are already tired of seeing with even worse shit
To be fair, the same could even be said of Family Guy since Family Guy was already just a blended up rehash of "The Simpsons".
Cartoon Critique idk about that Simpson are too wholesome for me, my fucked up life when I was younger could not handle watching Simpson 🤔 I out grew family guy and prefer South Park for all my trashy tv entertainment low key

Give them credit, at least they knew when to cancel it. Family Guy should take notes.
@Stinky Pantz only in the early seasons
Family Guy at least still has *some* funny, clever jokes even nowadays, even if it's real boring and repetitive as hell. This show is the embodiment of seeing Family Guy doing dark humor...

Gypsy means traveler? Huh?
