Great show Bud and Ingram,! I just wanted to say i think you two nailed your observations of the transfers and the team. I posted a simpler take on another platform yesterday, suggest taking a look at the similarities in both, the 2023 ACC Championship team and the 2025 team. Mike Norvell has been quietly replicating that team without anyone realizing it, and using it as the blue print by having a Jordan Travis/ Thomas Castellanos type QB , Jahem Bell/ Randy Pittman hybrid TE, Kyle Morloc/ chase loftin traditional TE type, TE Markeston Douglas is back from Arizona State who was on that ACC Championship team, a Johnny Wilson/ Duce Robinson WR type, a taller version of keon Coleman, in 6'6 Jordan Scott a contested catch WR type, big body hykeem William/ Elijah Moore type WR, Ja'khi Douglas now his brother Jaylin Lucas at slot type. I can go on and on but the point is that Mike Norvell is going back to what he knows works. Remember when the committee and the Fanatics who said FSU QB room sucked, and Jordan Travis was not a good passer of the ball and was only good at using his feet, but some how managed to go 13-0 regular season and a Championship later. Isn't it funny how the exact same thing is being said about Thomas Castellanos and his playing style, not a good passer but great with his legs 🤦🏾. With the 4 newest transfers plus, last years proven transfer Ol Richie Leonard from the Florida Gators, and the proven transfer Ol Jacob Rizy Harvard are not a bunch of backups from other programs, because all of them were starters at there previous programs, so we do know how good they actually are or could be. I think if Coach Herb Hand can develop TJ Ferguson under this new offensive coaching staff, this new O-line is beginning to take shape similar to the 2023 O-line which had several players from different schools who transferred in, such as Jeremiah Byers, Casey Roddick, Keonda Jones, D'Mitri Emmanuel, and Bless Harris who were all transfers and crowd ACC Champions! Jaylen Early saw playing time, 6'5 Andre Otto saw playing time, Bryson Estes playing time and with better coaching and technique 6'8 Lucas Simmons 6'6 Jayden Todd and 6'5 itete should hopefully get up to speed and we should have one hell of a two deep offensively.
Fellas, it's a new year, TFG, I appreciate both of you still devoting time to help the faithful have a better grip on reality with the Noles. Good show.
What worries me about us being so run heavy is our oline yeah we got studs in the portal but it take stake for them to build chemistry as a unit. And castellenos scares me in the short yardage pass plays that will probably be our bread and butter when it comes through the air
Guys. I understand Mo Smith must be a super nice guy. And I understand he gutted through injury in 2023. He was not injured in 2024 and was one of the worst offensive lineman we’ve ever had. He was his healthiest in 24’ and from game 1 was horrid. I don’t understand how we can talk shit about every other player but him.
@ what in the world was wrong with him this season? His “undisclosed leg injury” from 23’ still or what? Cuz I’ve still never heard a single person say what his injury was that we all applaud him for working through. So it got worse? This was a new injury? We were told all season by every outlet AND Mike that Mo was “finally healthy” in 24’. I’m not saying I don’t believe you, but you have to understand my confusion here.
@@ericbabe87 Mo got hurt again earlier in the season. They kept it under wraps like most injuries. His snaps got bad because of injury his back was fucked up
I hope Gus brings back some fun to our offense we’ve been so lacking luster and boring. We need those nasty Olineman and nastier RBs and dynamic WRs. It’s to much talent for FSU not to be elite and overachievers at at least one side of the ball!!!!!
QB THAT WAS BENCHED AT SORRY BC FOR POOR PLAY TWICE AND QUIT ON HIS TEAMATES, AVERAGE AT BEST PAST THEIR PRIME OL AND WR JUST LIKE LAST YEAR. STILL THE WORST QB ROOM IN THE COUNTRY. AVERAGE COACHING STAFF AVERAGE TALENT AT BEST LOSING SEASONS COMING
Episodes with Ingram just hit different

I was beginning to worry lol
Great to see you both again!
Bands back together!!! Cheers!!!
Welcome back Ingram 🫡
More than anything, I want to see Kromah get a real shot this year. Love his film. A Kromah-Danzy combo would go crazy
Another Ingram sighting!
The best comp for kromah is my guy Marcus Lattimore
This coming season for our proud Florida State Seminoles feels like a very bright light! I'm so damn excited!

Studs? Stud oline don't transfer. They are average at best. But that's better than what we had
You guys are essentially in rarified "Classic Nole" air.

Mo was not healthy in 24. Tbh he was never healthy here. But that was Atkins fault

Maybe I've missed how Hykeem has been developed these last two years.
He’s a look like Tarzan plays like Jane. He doesn’t do anything special as a WR he’s just a raw athlete
noles!
Let's go 🎉
