This vehicle is extremely quirky. The way you get in is quite annoying because it crashes the game. Why does it crash the game? It's because the rc car doesn't have real doors and lacks the animation of opening and closing that results in inevitable crash. The way you enter this thing is you have to infect it with the mark virus and block both of its doors, which results in Toni teleporting inside the rc car. From there, you could just drive off. The way you exit is the same thing from the way you enter or just speed up and exit the rc car in a different fashion. Be careful of handling this vehicle!
NOTE: The method that is shown to obtain this vehicle will not work in other versions of the game (PS2 & Mobile), simply because those versions cannot restore blown up wrecks. Moreover, the part where you have to exit the Toyz van will probably not work as intended. The way to get around that is to activate stage 2 of om0 (B&G menu) and do the exact same thing. I apologize if i vaguely explained all of this, I simply haven't played the other versions that much.
So just sit back, watch, and just suffer!
