    Should max effort work always consist of some type of accommodating resistence( bands/chains)?

      not nessessarly, most of the time you use acc resistance with dynamic effort

      No the meet is the end of your peak cycle

      Erik Van der Zee Yeah, but there’s a taper for sure - always. Which is basically like a “reverse” deload.
