Viagra is not a safe drug. Take Tab Tadalafil 5-10 mg instead. It is also longer lasting - called a weekend aphrodisiac. Take it on Friday afternoon and the effect will last till Monday morning.

In my experience taking topical Finasteride will make you lose ground very fast and by the time you realise it, it would be too late - if you are young with aggressive baldness. I had a diffuse spot on front-top with a lot of shedding, my DHT was already on the lower end of the range and TSH elevated since years despite working out 6 times/week, running upto 25-30km on occassions. But doctor straight away prescribed topical min and fin tablet saying that test reports are not needed, I should not have tests done. Minoxidil tablets taken in the morning will cause dizziness at place of work since it lowers blood pressure to some extent. If taken at night while in recumbent position you will not feel this effect. It will not increase hair fall though.
Hello I’ve been taking finastride for almost two months now my hair has been shedding a lot both before and after treatment and my hair loss has still continued progressing rapidly and in the male pattern. I went to a dermatologist and he diagnosed me with androgenic alopecia, he mentioned nothing about any sort of telogen effluvium. triamcinolone cream 0.1%. he said he didn’t want me to start Finastride and topical minoxidil because I’m young (21) which confused me. So I started oral finastride and topical min 5% myself since I didn’t have much confidence in the correlation of his explanation. Also I tested my dht levels from baseline to now and they went from 26 ng/dl to 19 ng/dl which has me concerned because they haven’t lowered by much at all. Hope to here from you soon

Doctor is it fine to change the time of my medication. I've been using oral monoxidil and oral finastrade at night everyday since past 1 yr. Now iam thinking to change the time iam planning to take monoxidil oral in morning after breakfast and finastrade at night... Is this fine? Will it increase hairfall
Minoxidil tablets taken in the morning will cause dizziness at place of work since it lowers blood pressure to some extent. If taken at night while in recumbent position you will not feel this effect. It will not increase hair fall though.
Hello I’ve been taking finastride for almost two months now my hair has been shedding a lot both before and after treatment and my hair loss has still continued progressing rapidly and in the male pattern. I went to a dermatologist and he diagnosed me with androgenic alopecia, he mentioned nothing about any sort of telogen effluvium. Should I start dutastride since finastride doesn’t seem to be effective?

triamcinolone cream 0.1%. he said he didn’t want me to start Finastride and topical minoxidil because I’m young (21) which confused me. So I started oral finastride and topical min 5% myself since I didn’t have much confidence in the correlation of his explanation. Also I tested my dht levels from baseline to now and they went from 26 ng/dl to 19 ng/dl which has me concerned because they haven’t lowered by much at all. Hope to here from you soon

Hi. You have no choice but to wait till are of the right age. Till then Minoxidil and lifestyle changes should stand you in good stead.

if you're taking finasteride 5 times a week and dutasteride 2 times a week. Do you stop them both at the SAME TIME for 2 weeks? Or should you stop one at a time? Thank you
You will need to stop both. But why are you taking so much medication. Read about Reflex Hyperandrogenicity. I have 2 videos on that.

hi sir , i have been on finasteride for 2 years and then decided to stop for some days to see if i had sides effect, after just 3 days i felt a higher libido and at day 5 i restarted with 1 mg experiencing immediately sides, is it nocebo? is it possible feeling higher libido after just 3 days?

I really want to take oral finasteride 0.5mg or 1mg but I am quite over weight right now. I got my testosterone levels done a year ago and my results seem decent. I have tried topical for around 1.5weeks and I dont think I had any side effects.. should I lose weight whilst taking finasteride, or lose weight, then take finasteride?

BMI (I am also naturally a big man)............. I have taken 2 1mg finasteride tablets already and I havent had any side effects at all. In fact I feel better and my sex drive feels a bit higher

Doctor aap kitna bhi finasteride ko praise kro, ultimately Dht is essential important for cognitive function and especially those who are in profession where daily brain activity involves such as software profession there needs dht daily to properly function brain related daily task while its easy for those whose work is not related to brain activity daily they cab take but who has work related to brain storming daily will avw to stop finasteride because they need daily alert brain to do work
Yes DHT is essential. That is what I have mentioned. Finasteride does not block all the DHT. And that amount of DHT still remains.

Doc i sometimes looses some thin short hairs from my transplanted regions. I got good results 14 months post op taking medications also. So should i worry if i loose some thin hairs
It depends upon whether your baldness is active. Best will be to discuss with your treating doctor since he has records of your previous condition and has an inkling of your unique pattern.
