When you can rely on a strategy and you know that your odds of winning are 60-70% with a 3:1 you can be comfortable that it will eventually do that over time. You can even start with a losing streak or winning streak but if you truly know that you win 60-70% of the time with a good risk to reward that winning curve will eventually even itself out, your trading account too (in a good way)
