You can add in Judith, the Scourge Diva and Mayhem Devil along with a vorpal blade or Basilisk Collar for them, to create a board wipe by merely sacrificing Lucius the Eternal as a cost. You sacrifice Lucius, his effect activates, you ping the chosen target with a deathtouch judith, Lucius returns, rinse and repeat. If you go this route, make sure to add Mahadi, Emporium Master in as well to get a treasure for every creature that had died that turn on the end step. If you kill 5 creatures in one loop, thats 10 treasures..perfect for Revel in Riches.
I am surprised that attrition wasn't listed, its essentially the second goblin bombardment and can even go neutral and even treasure positive with pitiless and revel. I used to run a Lucius deck very similar to this, however something that should be noted, is that its possible for your opponent to trap Lucius in the graveyard fairly easily. All they need to do is instant speed remove the target that Lucius is targeting. His effect activates in the grave, and if it cant resolve then he just stays there. You have to give up putting him in the command zone to put him in the grave in the first place. So to that end, my Lucius deck has a fallback of a reanimator engine, with things like Body Launderer, Ruthless Technomancer, Reanimate, Exhume, Too Greedily Too Deep. Cavlier of Knight is great to both get things back, but also he can sacc Lucius to blow something up and get him back too. You could also use cards like Corpse Explosion to boardwipe if he gets stuck there, but I found thats too much. Your opponent could also instant speed scoop to get Lucius stuck as well, which thankfully my playgroup is not that mean. Nowhere to Run is a fun new card to deal with things that are Hexproof, which targeting is pretty important. Basalisk Collar and Dissection tools are great on your Mayhem Devils and Judiths. I tend to prefer effects that get Lucius back immediately, rather than spot removal, however Suspended Sentence is also a great repeatable removal in case he gets caught. If you are going for a full buff up Lucius strategy, Heros Blade and Cultist of the Absolute are both amazing. Giving him Fly and plus 3 and 3 takes him to a flying commander with 11 attack, so two hits kills someones. I have also began running damage doublers like Furnace of Rath, The main reason was to make Flings and pings from Goblin Bombardment better, but if you have him souped up then you can just one shot someone for commander damage. Recently I have been exploring planeswalkers for the deck and Lolth, Spider Queen is great for some extra draws, and you will able to build her up fast with all the saccing you will do. I also don't see high market, which is just a nice easy sacc outlet in an emergency. The best thing to do with Lucius is dodge targeted effects that try and get rid of him, like exiling him. If you have a sacc outlet you can instant speed remove him instead. You can also attack, sacc, get him back, and now he plays like he has psudo vigilance and can block now. For the reanimator engine we also have some big creatures. Orca Siege Demon can be extremely fun, especially with Ayara Furnace Queen bringing him back every turn and then saccing it to do tons of damage. You can also build him up a ton, and then Fling him at something, and then you are doing double damage. Mix that with Solphim and Rath and that is a LOT of damage. Deathbringer Thoctar is great with your artifacts to give deathtouch, since you can build it to be a sniper that blows up any creature you want for one damage. There is actually too many good cards to play with Lucius, that I find it being hard to fit everything in there. The one for one spot removal i have personally switched for more constant removal and pinging so that he gets himself back each time I sacc him. He is maybe my favorite commander ever given how many ways there are to use him skillfully, all these tricks that make him difficult to deal with.
Some ideas are goblin spymaster, varchild betrayer of kjeldor which give your opponents creatures that you can kill to keep bringing back lucius. Then a card like goblin sharpshooter or thornbite staff to pick them off and start the sac loop. Forbidden orchard also gives away a token 1/1.

Maybe a Hero's Blade? That way it auto-equips when the commander comes back from exile to beef him up.
Also obsidian battle axe
