Three Buffalo Sewer Authority employees shot, one killed in vehicle on 190 south near Peace Bridge

Three Buffalo Sewer Authority employees were shot, one of them was killed, while in a Buffalo Sewer Authority vehicle on the I-190 south, according to New York State Police.
