Not always, sometimes it's a waste of money to rely on lawyers on everything. Soon or later peoplw may begin to involve lawyers hwen deciding who to marry due to ignorance. It's much better to deal with a Town Planner and/or an Estate Agent that a lawyer on matters relating to land and housing acquisition.
Hi Maud thank you for this channel I am new to the channel and writing from Maputo. i have a question my son is entertaining the idea of doing accounting and acturial sciences etc honestly i do not know the difference and how to guide him. Where do you think i can get more information on this. Your guidance is appreciated.
I lived in the UK since I was 10 years old so I've been here for 22 years, my cousin stayed in Zim and did all her schooling there until University. She came to the UK and studied at CASS which is the best for Actuarial science. I have to say, I studied Biomedical Science at the same time as her and became a teacher. My cousin now earns £40k a year more than me, drives a better car and has already bought a home. She really made a great career choic and has done really well for herself. I would personally recommend Actuarial Science, it is a very niche career in finance and there is always high demand and high pay for the qualified. However, accountants still earn a lot but there's a lot more accountants.
Hey Maud, love your channel. Can I challenge you on something. Do you believe you could reach financial independence by a certain age if you planned on it. If you ever decide to, please journal it intentionally it could be a good legacy for you. I know you have a private life, but I see you as an icon for your generation.
I know Very well procedures are to be followed in order to buy a house or a plot/stand to build a house, I have friends living there, therefore I will breakthrough! My dreams has to become true!!
Buying land or a house must always involve a lawyer it's not a dress and haisi poto
Oh yes please🥰

Hi Tapfu. Best is to get people in both routes and have your son to talk them

Welldone Maud
Thank you!
How do you do the change of ownership of a house
This I am not sure of
Where was your stand-location
Somewhere urban. Can’t really disclose
Can you tell me how much it cost for a small plot from the city council, and can you buy as am not from Zimbabwe
I am not sure about plots hey. You can try the website property.co.zw
Is it “wait list” or “waiting list” just checking for a bit of clarity 😝😜!?
Waiting list i guess, now sure hangs. Lol
That's good news, can I have your e-mail please, am from Mozambique with parents from Zim, therefore I would like to build a house in Zimbabwe.
Thank you, the channel email is careerswithmaud@gmail.com
